Project Administrator
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Produce a variety of correspondence and reports.
Organize and maintain files of departmental correspondence, records, etc., and follow up on pending matters.
Handling project documents and responsible for documents filing.
Schedule appointment and coordinate arrangements for meetings.
Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data, information updates, departmental monthly. expenditure forecast and processing of expenses claims.
Maintain official records of the company’s business and keep under review terms of reference of each departments.
Requirements:
Female below 30 years old.
Working experience at least 1 years in related field.
Have a diploma degree at least D3.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantage.
Computer literate.
Details minded, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
