Operational Manager

Qualifications:

Male, maximum 45 years old
3 years experiences at the same level
University graduate (Mechanical Engineering is a must)
Customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and discipline
English is a must
Ability to perform tasks in a complete and accurate manner
Proficiency in Ms-Office application
Positive work attitude: committed, accountable, enthusiastic, outgoing, helpful, willing to learn, to participate and to serve others.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieving high level of customer satisfaction & loyalty by ensuring technical support, maintenance and operations are delivered with high availability and according to agreed quality standards.
Ensuring that all customer feedbacks and field information is being communicated back to Management.
Developing and implementing quality frameworks and monitoring processes into all work areas to ensure the delivery of quality services to customers.
Managing the ongoing review of all area processes to deliver improved services to customers.
Manage and motivate staff, conducting or contributing to agreed performance management processes, ensuring that staff are suitably equipped to meet both company and personal development needs.
Evaluate assigned work of staff, assist in solving problems, and suggest directions that would result in timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Monitoring procurement job, logistic job and monthly report activities tools.
