ASSISTANT SUPPORTING MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities :
To review existing standard operating procedures ( SOP ) and make improvement to enhance management control, efficiency and productivity
To work with heads of other departments in cross-functional areas to drive revenue growth of branches
To assist in the planning, and apply the approved SOP for smooth and effective operation
To diligently monitor, coordinate, report, support and take the necessary actions on all aspects of marketing activities
Requirements :
A Degree in Business Admin./Commerce/Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 1 years’ hands on experience in overseeing business operation and management, preferably in a multinational direct selling/multi level marketing organization
Must possess sound working knowledge of franchise or direct selling laws and practices of neighbouring/Asian countries
Matured, highly motivated with strong sense of initiative and responsibility
Possess excellent interpersonal skill and command of English
