MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Basic Purpose:
• The individual in this position will have the primary responsibility for developing the overall strategy and executing the combination of the offshore maintenance organization into a single robust organization.
• The focus will be primarily around the offshore organization however for the maintenance process to be robust the offshore organizations and their routines will also need to be evaluated and changes made as appropriate.
• The secondary responsibility of this position will be to provide guidance to the Operations and Engineering Excellence (OEE) Maintenance Management System (MMS) Supervisor as he works towards the development of a consistent and robust MMS for COPI.

Qualification & Experience:
• 10 years experience in Oil & Gas production facility maintenance and operations.
• Is committed to the implementation of ConocoPhillips safety, environmental and quality philosophies.
• Demonstrates judgment /decision making based on cost/risk vs. potential operational gain.
• Has good interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Has the ability to accomplish goals in difficult and culturally diverse work environments.
• Has a solid understanding of English, including verbal, reading and writing, as he will be required to interface with outside contacts.
• Holds an Associate/Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, (mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years of experiences using computerized Plant Maintenance Management and Material Management systems.
• Possesses a high degree of organizational skills and demonstrates skills in planning, organization and implementation of maintenance programs.
• Has an understanding of Budgeting and fundamentals of business economics.
• Understands and complies with all of the ConocoPhillips Safety Programs. Complete all HSE Training required for the position.
• Ability to effectively balance the long term and short term view in decision making and establishing direction.
• Sets clear expectations and holds people to account for delivery.
• Possesses a continuous improvement mindset where the status quo is readily challenged.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Training & Development Specialist (T&D Specialist) reports to the Talent Management Coordinator. The incumbent is responsible to liaise with department heads and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to partner with them on identifying training & development needs including employee career development, and put together into the overall Employee Development Strategy. Reporting to Talent Management Coordinator are three T&D Specialists, Recruitment Specialist, Organization Effectiveness Officer, and HR Talent Management Apprentices. The Training & Development Specialist in handling Talent Management New Initiatives should be able to communicate and coordinate with HR Corporate (Houston) and then strategically plan, develop, customize, present, socialize, and implement new employees training & development structure that are essential to support company s steadfast growth. T&D Specialist should be able to assist internal customers in developing employees mentoring program, succession plan, training matrix, as well as core competencies mapping. In handling New Hire training program, T&D Specialist shall develop and manage an effective program to ensure employees transition as smooth and complete as possible. Continuous improvement on the existing programs will be highly expected from incumbent. Development programs for New Hires include Online Pre-boarding Programs, selective Buddy Programs, University New Hire Program, as well as Acceleration Talent Pool s Induction Program. T&D Specialist shall also work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure they have consistent and effective Pre-Boarding process for our new hires. Championing the Individual Contributors and Basic training programs, he/she shall plan, organize, and monitor effective and efficient programs that will minimize knowledge and capability gaps within the organization. T&D Specialist will also champion and facilitate modules of training programs that are needed to support the business and align with Corporate objectives. T&D Specialist shall strategically plan, research, and procure best available training providers that will optimize behavioral improvement impacts to support current and future business needs. All courses are to be managed within budget and procured following business ethics compliance. T&D Specialist is required to be able to quantitatively measure acceptable ROI, by develop, implement, maintain and continuously look for opportunities to improve T&D systems (i.e. processes, policy and procedures). T&D Specialist will also responsible to gather data for business reporting. Both for internal (management) and to external (governments, other stakeholders) requirements. Thus, a detailed data management capability will also be required for the position.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor/ S1 in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, General Business Management, or Arts (Psychology) degree. A Master degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the HR Training and Development or HRD function.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in multinational company.
• Exposure to the Oil and Gas industry / Energy Industry (desirable).

• Knowledge:
- Training and Development: Knowledge of principles and methods of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM).

• Application such as:
- Training Needs Analysis: Training Design, Methods and Delivery.
- Competency Mapping and Training Matrix Development.
- Manpower planning – Personnel and Human Resources Management: Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems.

• Business Performance:
- Business and financial understanding global mindset.
- Integrates business strategies with HR programs.

• Project Management: Plan, Organize and control Projects of any size using proven project management techniques.

• Psychology: Knowledge of human behavior and performance individual differences in ability, personality, and interests learning and motivation psychological research methods and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
