GENERAL AFFAIR & PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
q???? Responsible for handling all general affair matters, ranging from managing office support activities to building & electrical maintenance.
q???? Set up and coordinate all purchasing activities, ranging from coordinating office supplies requirements to negotiating with vendors
q???? Plan and control general affair budget & cost.
Requirements:
Male/Female, with maximum age 35 years old.
Minimum bachelor degree in all majors
Have minimum 3 years experience in general affair and purchasing
Fluent in English, both oral and written, is an advantage
Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
