Indonesia’s leading retail group is rapidly expanding through the introduction of a new, exciting, and different department store chain. To ensure the success of the new venture we are looking to recruit several key positions to inspire the team. If you have a passion for perfection and have proven track record in delivering the best, then we would like to hear from candidates for the following positions:

HR SUPERVISOR (code: HR)

You will be responsible for the certain area of store regarding sales achievement, stock inventory, shrinkage, and other matters related to the store operation area.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Male / Female, max. 28 years old
*Height: Male min. 165 cm, Female min. 160 cm
*Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Management HR with GPA ? 2.75
*Fresh graduates with broaden knowledge of HR are welcome to apply
*Good English (both written and oral) and computer literate
*Having good analytical ability, strong interpersonal & communication skill
*Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
*Willing to work shift and to be placed at Surabaya

If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there. Stay Calm During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question! Show What You Know Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for. Follow Up Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.
