Management Development Program (1yr)


Our client is a large and established business group and a major world player in agri-related industries and consumers goods in Indonesia. It has strong competitive advantages in its profitable and growing business. To support the expansion of its oil palm plantations, our client is embarking to develop its next generation of talents and leaders.

They are currently seeking well-qualified candidates to enrol into the Advanced Management Development Program:

Successful candidates will join a one-year advance management development program covering key elements of management and leadership competencies, which will involve workshops, short seminars and job assignments, which will enable mastery of its work processes covering plantation operations, resourcing, logistics and finance. This is an excellent platform to cultivate a strategic mindset and leadership abilities.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum bachelors degree , preferably with a master degree
* Experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation companies
* Computer literacy is a must.
* Strong personality and a good working attitude
* Strong in communication and ability to conduct presentation
* Age between 28-35 years and preferably Indonesian citizens.

Industry: Agri-related industries and oil palm.
