As part of Honeywell International Inc. and the world leader in the avionics industry, in PT Honeywell Indonesia ( located in Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam ) we are looking for qualified individuals to fill the following positions :

Specialty Test – ETS Dept

Responsibilities:

1.Support transitions project to Bintan; Responsible for proper transition of environmental test equipment and environmental test processes
2.Obtain information on test process, including Test Requirements document, HALT or life test analysis. Need to include why these test requirements were developed
3.Obtain manuals and all details pertaining to specific environmental chambers and environmental test equipment to be shipped to Bintan
4.Have Signoff authority on any new installations of new environmental test equipment
5.Have Signoff authority on any new purchases of environmental test equipment
6.Maintain archive of installation data for environmental equipment
7.Responsible for training the production teams on how to operate the environmental chambers
8.Maintain list of history and changes to the ESS screen process and maintain a library of active test profiles
9.Owns responsibility for any changes in the test profile
10.Responsible for verification of proper environmental test exposure when any new test configuration is considered
11.Responsible to run demo test and perform analysis when fix Turing, location or number of products being tested in a chamber or other facility is changed. This will ensure the original intent of the ESS test is still being met in new configuration
12.Work with product reliability group to look at communicating with poor field quality and production failures
13.Identify and improve Chamber Roll Throughputs Yield metrics, cost saving initiatives and other relevant process

Specific Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in engineering or applicable science (BSEE, BSET or BSME preferred) with minimum 3 years working experience. Or Diploma holder with minimum 6 years relevant working experience
2.Self-motivated and goal-orientated demonstrated by ability to work independently and deliver on commitments
3.Possesses fundamental understanding of cost & schedule relationships
4.Has understanding of accelerated life test, environmental testing and EMC testing
5.Has a basic understanding on how to operate complex test equipment
6.Knowledge on cryogenics, avionics industry preferred
