Web Developer
1. Proficient in web designing tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Image Ready, Swiss, etc.
2. Proficient in CSS, XAMPP, Javascript, and Macromedia Dreamweaver
3. Exposure to web service designing, web technologies
4. Experience of theme usage and creation for open source CMS such as Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, etc is a plus.
5. Can handle project/task independently as well as be a team member

Web Programmer
1. Able to work with one of the following technologies:
a. C# & standard OPP
b. Flash/Flex application (ActionScript)
c. PHP
2. Self motivated (can start a project with out further assistance)
3. Basic English knowledge
4. Having experiences in handling project.
5. Having logical, intelligent and creative mind.
6. Professional and self motivated
