oil and natural gas resources throughout the world. In Indonesia, INPEX
is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMigas for many
upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block
(Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia. INPEX is
pressing ahead with technical and engineering studies of the Abadi field
development for future commercial Floating LNG production.

Environment Manager (HSE)
Job Description & Specific Requirement:
a. Specify and ensure all the assets and operations adhere to
Indonesian and international natural environmental standards
b. Evaluate impact of loss of containment and undertake scenario
planning to mitigate risk to the environment
c. Has experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessment
d. Conduct Performance Reporting and Improvement
e. Manage Compliance and Best Practices
f. Manage Planning and Budget
g. Manage the Development of the team
h. Provide support to other sections in HSE department and other
environmental related tasks where requested
i. 12+ years in senior HSE positions in international oil & gas
company and experience of establishing environmental protection programs
compliant with International standards
j. Preferable with education background of Environment Engineer
Safety & Security Manager (HSE)
Job Description & Specific Requirement:
a. Lead, steer and coach the organization on safety engineering and
security philosophies, principles and objectives
b. Set country and project safety policies and oversee safety case
development and updates
c. Set safety performance targets, agree with management and
monitor performance against safety standards and targets
d. Provide HSE assistance to all the asset organizations as
required
e. Safety and Security Management Systems and Programs
f. Performance Reporting and Improvement
g. Manage Compliance and Best Practices
h. Manage Planning and Budget
i. Manage the Development of the team
j. Support to other sections in HSE department and other safety
and/or security related tasks where requested.
k. 12+ years in senior HSE positions in international oil & gas
company and experience of applying safety standards to projects and to
offshore construction and production operations
l. Preferable with education background of Safety Engineer
Sr. Safety & Security Engineer (HSE)
Job Description & Specific Requirement:
a. Responsible for ensuring the application of safety engineering
and security principals and standards in the design of work packages
b. Deliver studies to identify, quantify and mitigate safety and
security risks for activities
b. Ensure that INPEX and its contracting organizations comply with
safety and security standards and performance targets set by the
Company, and those required by law and/or regulation
c. Support to other sections in HSE department and other safety
related tasks where requested.
d. 8+ years in HSE positions in oil & gas upstream company,
inclusively related to well & rig drilling and completion operations as
well as other activities
System Development Officer (HSE)
Job Description & Specific Requirement:
a. Develop, implement and manage HSE policies, systems, and
processes to ensure the effective management of hazard identification,
assessment of risk, and implementation of controls
b. Develop, implement and maintain HSE MS
e. Develop, implement and maintain the HSE reporting systems for
the efficient delivery of HSE statistics & analysis
f. Develop and implement HSE training programs
g. Support to other sections in HSE department and other HSEMS
related tasks where requested
h. 5-10 years in senior HSE positions in international oil & gas
company, capable of creating asset HSE systems compliant with standards
Sr. Production Engineer (PED)
Job Description & Specific Requirement:
a. Provide technical assistant to Petroleum Engineering GM
b. Participate in the partners’ meeting
c. Monitor the daily progress of development/production
operational activities of non operator projects
d. Carry out petroleum engineering (facility & well) evaluation of
existing projects and new ventures
e. Monitor, collect and compile information or data of Indonesian
E&P activities including Coal Bed Methane (CBM)
f. Liaise with Operators and with Tokyo Head Office for petroleum
engineering matters (facility & well) of non operator projects
g. Construct and maintain Petroleum Engineering data base
h. Plan and implement education programs for Production Engineer
i. Establish good relationship and liaise with BPMIGAS, Migas and
other Governmental institutions in relation with petroleum engineering
(facility & well) applications or discussions
j. Prior production engineering experience working with an
operating company
k. Understanding of multiphase fluid flow, wellbore hydraulics,
Nodal analysis
l. The following knowledge/experience will provide additional
advantage
* Integration of well completion equipment
* Gas field experience
m. 8+ years engineering and operational practice in natural gas
production
n. Preferable with education background of Petroleum Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Production Operations Engineer (O&M)
Specific Requirement:
o. Familiarization of multi-flow simulation
p. Familiarization of sub-sea production system
q. Experience of gas production engineering and operation
r. Preferable with education background of Petroleum Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
s. Multi-Phase Flow Engineering Study
t. Development of Production Operation Philosophy
u. Development of Production Operation Plan
v. Gas Production Engineering with subsea flowline, riser and
umbilicals
w. Gas Production Operation with subsea flowline, riser and
umbilicals
x. 5+ years engineering and operational practice in natural gas
production
General Requirements:
a. Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in related position from a
reputable University
b. Preferably with experience in the energy sector
c. Possess strong leadership and analytical thinking for
Managerial position
d. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in
English and Indonesia
