GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Male/Female Max 30 years

· S1 Law or Psychology min IPK.2,75

· Having minimum 2 – 3 years experience as HR Officer

· Having experience in oil & gas Industry are preferred

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS :

· Having techinal skill such as recruitment, payroll,
Industrial relationship, tax, Pph 21, jamsostek, conpensation, benefit.

· Expat compensation, organizational development, policies and
procedures, talent management, etc.

· This role will help the integration of corporate policies
overseas.

· As a member of the HR leadership team, develop comprehensive
long term HR plans to optimize talent.

· Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)

· Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction

· Should be able to work both independently and in a team

· Be willing to take initiative and work under pressure with a
variety of people and organization
